Our Team

Our coaches bring different backgrounds, but we’re united by one standard: helping people move better, get stronger, and achieve more than they thought possible.

Every class is coached with intention, attention to detail, and care for long-term progress — whether you’re training for competition or simply want to be stronger for life outside the gym.

Jeremy Stokes

A CrossFit Level 2 coach and CrossFit Judge, Jeremy brings a competitive mindset to the gym while keeping training accessible and purposeful for athletes at every level.

Known for his expertise in gymnastics and bodyweight movement, Jeremy helps athletes build control, efficiency, and strength that translates both inside and outside the gym. His coaching emphasizes quality movement, intelligent progressions, and accountability—pushing athletes to perform at a higher level while staying healthy for the long term.

Jeremy believes most people are capable of far more than they think. Whether training for competition, sport, or simply to be stronger and more capable in everyday life, he challenges athletes to raise their standards, trust the process, and take pride in what they can accomplish. At Clyde Union CrossFit, the goal is simple: train hard, move well, and become better than yesterday.
